Dr. Kunal Padole
Dr. Kunal G. Padole, born into a humble Maharashtrian family, is a dedicated professional, entrepreneur, builder and philanthropist with 18+ years of impact. Holding an MBA in Global Studies, an MBA in Marketing & HR, and a PhD in Management on “Skill Development & Employment Generation,” he has become a leading figure in employment, Youth empowerment, Skill development.
He serves as Director of Gurunanak Engineering College, Founder Secretary of ECPA, and Vice President of MaTPO, and has successfully placed 30,000+ students through pioneering Pool Campus Drives, Job Fairs, and Skill Development initiatives.
Also the President of NAREDCO Vidarbha, he represents 300+ Builders & Developers across 11 cities, while his ventures—Siddhivinayak Builders & Associates and Siddhivinayak Infrastructure—have delivered 12 residential projects in Nagpur.
Founder of the YUVA Foundation, he aims to generate 100,000 jobs with strong support from colleges, corporates, and government. His contributions across Real Estate, Education, Banking, Finance, Recruitment, Technology, and Social Work earned him the prestigious Nagar Bhushan Puraskar from the Nagpur Municipal Corporation.
